Pre School Manager: Mr Richard Ambrosini

 I have been very privileged to be working in the childcare, more specifically the early years sector, for 18 years. I started my childcare journey at 15, volunteering at my local nursery, and have worked my way up from bank staff, nursery nurse, room leader, administrator, third in charge and deputy in the same setting for 14 years. I absolutely adore working with children and providing them with a strong support in development in their early years is paramount to what I do. I have worked with all ages, 0-5, and have enjoyed providing different learning opportunities relevant to the specific ages and stages of development and coming up with exciting activities to really fuel and engage every child. Having my own child has really opened my eyes to what kind of care I would like to see given from a parent and practitioner perspective and I believe in a communicative approach with parents, to ensure your children's development is consistent at home and at preschool. I am very excited to be the pre school manager here at Graven Hill and look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful brand-new setting.
