Choosing the right start for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make, and we are delighted that you are considering Graven Hill Preschool as the first step in your child’s educational journey. We aim to make our admissions process clear, supportive, and family‑friendly from the very beginning.

How to Apply

Admission to our Preschool is open to children aged 2 to 4 years, and we welcome applications throughout the year, subject to availability. We encourage families to apply as early as possible to secure preferred sessions.

To apply for a place:

1. Download the Preschool Registration Form
   The registration form is available at the bottom of this page as a Word document.

2. Complete all sections of the form, including your preferred sessions and start date.

3. Email the completed form to our Preschool Manager, Richard Ambrosini, at:
   r.ambrosini@gravenhillprimary.school

Once we receive your form, Richard will get in touch to confirm availability and arrange a settling‑in “stay and play” session for you and your child. This gentle introduction helps your child feel comfortable in the setting and gives you the opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and see our Preschool in action.

What Happens Next?

After your registration has been reviewed:

• You will receive confirmation of your allocated sessions.
• We will discuss funding options with you (including 2‑year‑old funding, 15‑hour and 30‑hour entitlements, where applicable).
• You will receive information about settling‑in arrangements, routines, and what your child will need for their first day.

Our aim is to make the transition into Preschool as smooth and positive as possible — for both children and their families.
