Dr Annabel Kay, ceo
Annabel Kay (CEO) who has more than 20 years of education experience, of which 16 are in school leadership, 8 in headship and 3 in academy leadership. Prior to a career in education Annabel worked in industry as a management accountant and change management consultant where she undertook complex business process reviews for multi-million pound directorships. She provides significant support to Oxfordshire County Council's safeguarding team in her roles as a member of the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Board, as vice chair the Safeguarding in Education subcommittee and as a member of the Case Review and Governance committee.Steph Lovett, School Improvement director
Steph Lovett (School Improvement Director) is also an experienced primary headteacher. She leads on monitoring and evaluation, curriculum development, standards of teaching and learning and supports staff development for all MAT schools. Steph will extend this support to the new school in pre-opening and beyond.
Jane Ridley, Head of primary
Jane Ridley (Headteacher of Primary) is a highly experienced ex-primary headteacher having lead both small and large primary schools. She has also provided leadership support for headteachers across Oxfordshire in her role of School Improvement Leader for Oxfordshire. During this time she worked with schools graded ‘good’, to sustain improvement and also supported schools to move from RI to Good. She is the MAT data systems expert and will lead on the implementation of the MAT data tracking systems for the new school.
Catherine musgrove, hr & governance director
Catherine Musgrove (HR & Governance Director) has over 10 years experience of working in schools. She leads the team of governance processionals who support all of our local governing bodies. She also leads the HR team who support all of our staff.
Matt Green, Headteacher
Matt Green qualified as a teacher from Oxford Brookes University, and entered the profession in 2006. He has 17 years experience in the primary sector. He has been involved in leadership for more than 10 of those years; first as a deputy headteacher and then as a headteacher, working alongside Dr Annabel Kay since 2012. He has taught in all phases of primary education. Matt has vast experience and expertise in curriculum design and successfully led his previous school out of ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’. At the request of the Department for Education, Matt took over the headship of his current school in October 2019 and successfully led it out of ‘Special Measures’ shortly afterwards.
